    No, our team will provide all of the necessary tools, equipment and products.

  • Are your products safe for my pets?

    All of our products are top-of-the-line, biodegradable and safe for children and pets.

  • Do you offer steam cleaning services?

    We no longer complete steam cleaning as we've transitioned to dry cleaning carpets! With steam cleaning, the carpet stays wet for 24 to 48 hours and can possibly grow mold. With dry cleaning, your carpet is dry within three to four hours, so you don't have to worry!

  • Are you insured?

    We're licensed and insured in the state of Texas for up to a million dollars.

  • Do I have to be home when the cleaning team arrives?

    No, as long as we have access to the building or home and payment is solidified, then you do not need to be present on the property. We'll also provide before and after photos of our work!
